With that being said, let’s get started first and foremost, word. Hero is great when it comes to their ease of use and simplicity. In fact, this is a software that is so simple to use.
Even a caveman can do it. They have plenty of writing tools and templates that you will see on their home page as i scroll down, there’s going to be plenty of them and they’re even categorized by business by social media, which i feel they could have a few more, which is fine writing Tools and of course, miscellaneous, but if we scroll down to all i’ll, show you all of them that are here, i’m just going to show you one of these, because once you know how to use one of these templates, it’s easy to do and i’ll show you Exactly why, let’s click on video descriptions, so let’s pretend we’re creating a video and i’m going to give you a random example. One second, so here is the example starting an online business on a shoestring budget.
I bring this up because, anytime, you use a template. Everything on the left side is what you’re going to enter in. There might be a little bit more like a product name or a description, whatever it’s going to be, but once we’re done, let’s click on write for me and see what we get for content right. Like i said i bring that up. So if you can use one of these, you can use all these. That’s only beginning to scratch the surface when it comes to their ease of use, there’s also going to be their editor, which is also known as like the ai content writer, and i want to do a review of that and also show you how it works.
So you can see just how easy it is to create content, long blog posts, with just a few clicks of your button and having a title. Let’s begin all right, so here we have the editor, keep in mind. It’s going to be very easy to create this.
As well, all we’re going to need is a title. Give me a second i’m going to come up with a random title idea and then we’ll go from there. So there we have it the benefits of starting an online business.
All right we have done most of the heavy lifting. I kid you not they’re going to be three buttons here that we’re going to want to utilize. We have our blog outline button. We have our blog paragraphs button and, of course, our right more.
So the first thing now that we have our title we’re going to want to click on this. This is going to give us a blog outline and generate an outline from the title, which is exactly what we have. So, let’s click on this give me a second and we’ll analyze what we get alright cool! So not only did it give us an outline with some headlines, but it even wrote a little bit more in there.
So what we can do, anytime, you want to create more content based upon a specific headline. What i can do is highlight this, and what we’re going to want to do is going to click on this button, where it says blog paragraph, so whether it’s an intro, a conclusion or a header from the middle of your content. This is what you want to use to initially create some blog paragraphs. So let’s do that and see what we get all right so perfect.
What i want to do is just kind of get rid of this. We don’t need to. Actually, you know keep that in there that it’s an intro, but it says there are many reasons why starting an online business is a good idea.
The biggest benefit is that you can start with little money. You don’t need a lot of experience or knowhow. You can run it from home and so on and so forth and probably there’d be one thing. I’D add where it says you know instead of finally, you know, aside from that, let’s talk more about some of the biggest benefits.
Okay, so that would kind of roll into some of these, and what i’m going to do is just kind of trim them up where i just want the main headlines. You can use these if you want, but i’m going to add in a few more words and tell you why i did that all right, and so there we go. What i did is just change them around made them more simple and what i like doing is having some type of keyword in there. So, for example, if i just put tax deductions, that’s going to be pretty bland like that can mean anything.
But if i put have an online business allows you to get tax deductions, there’s going to be more for it to utilize in terms of talk about and narrow it down with that being said, what i want to do is go to this sub headline. I’M going to highlight this and let’s create a paragraph from it all right perfect. So since this is going to be our headline, i can put a break there and let’s highlight this and make it an h2 just to show you that’s a header, it’s more important than ever to control your own income for many people. That means starting an online business, dictate your own hours.
Work from home, set your own rates, a number of online programs to help you get started. So, if you’re looking for that cool, pretty much basically talks about what we’re looking for. Let’s do one more, i’m not going to go through all of them just kind of giving you an idea about.
This allows you to set your own hours and let’s write paragraphs. Okay. So once again, let’s hit paragraph: let’s make this an h2 okay with the rise of technology.
The advantage is setting your own hours. If you have other obligations such as job or family, this is a huge plus place. You can work when it’s more convenient for you.
Now what i want to do is just highlight this text. I want to show you the other feature. This is going to be the right more. So if you want to add more, this is what you’re going to do.
So let me click on this and then we’ll talk about it. Okay, so add a little squiggly there, it’s fine! You can set your own rates. Let’s delete that uh, how much money you make.
You can also hire other people to help you with some of the work. This will allow you to make more money and work on your business at the same time, so i’d rather put that one there. That is the feature where, if you wanted to add on to it, that’s going to be there now, of course, there’s conclusion and the same thing, but you can also utilize a lot of the templates that they have right here. So if we go to blog conclusion, i’m going to enter in the title we have and click on, write for me and quickly skimming over there.
Flexibility uh reach a larger audience, looks decent. Let’s click on this. We can paste that in there, of course, that would be our h2, and this is pretty much what you’re going to follow along when it comes to.
You know doing the same thing for this one and this one i’m just going to delete these to make it look a little nicer. So that’s the idea when it comes to using their ai content, writer or just overall their editor for helping you create those articles, blogs and longer form content. All in all, there is a lot to like when it comes to word hero as you can see, the ease of use is great.
This did not take me very long to figure out. I immediately picked it up and just pretty much looking at a few buttons decide what i need to do and then just wet with it. I think a lot of people are going to be the same way. It’s got great quality, it’s not the highest quality in the world.
Yes, it is ai. There’s gon na be some like blips here and there there might be some sentences that are like. I can do better, but to counter that i really love the fact that it has unlimited content. That’s something you don’t often see all the time, and i really like that, which means you can just keep generating more content, as you like.
It has great pricing. It also has a ton of languages, so, if you’re looking to enter a different market with a different language, there are plenty of them for you to take advantage of. At the same time, it does take some time to create some of the content in terms of when you’re waiting around.
I specifically cut those out because i don’t like the dead air in videos, and i want to make them as quick as possible for you, as opposed to waiting around. So when you go to create that content. Keep in mind, there’s going to be some time in between that could affect.
Maybe your ability to scale it might be a little slower. But overall, when you compare actually using a software like this, compared to writing it out you’re talking about saving a ton of time effort and even money in the first place. So with all that being said, there is a ton of value in word hero, especially for the great price that they come along with, and if this is a software that you’re looking into, i definitely recommend checking them out.
